I am automating a user creation office 365 account. How to add a underscore between first name and last name for "Mail nickname".

Hi,

I need to consult expert here as to how to add a underscore between first name and last night for "Mail Nickname".

e.g. User name first name is kok chong and last name is Lim. I need to create automation for kok_chong_lim@xxxxx.com. So how to do it.

Hi @Anonymous

You can either use the concat function and create an expression to concatenate the 'first name' , '_', 'last name' or simply add the _ after selecting the First Name from the dynamic selector and then add the last name in the mail nick name field.

Note that the actions allow you to input fields as set in the directory. You cannot add custom fields in there.

Hope this Helps!
