I cannot open my word file created via my flow

Hi @Anonymous ,

 

The File Content field accepts a binary.

 

To achieve what you want to do, you can look at using the Word Online connector here to populate a template.

This doesn't solve the issue. Even if you use the "binary()" expression, the results are the same: error. 

 

and the link you provided for Word Connector is for converting an already existing word document (not generating a new one), or using a word Template (when there isn't a template to use). 

The ask is how does a user create an original, non-template, word doc in a sharepoint library that does not error out. I am experiencing this issue myself, and am very frustrated at this seemingly basic function that is almost impossible to resolve.

Did you ever get a solution for this?

 

I'm getting the exact same error even when I have another flow practically identical that is working
