I have an important Excel sheet which logs common issues to be reviewed by a team of people for action. I'd like to create a flow which sends an automatic preset email whenever I update this sheet. Can anyone help, please?
I am relatively new to Flow but have been using some of it's potential using the mobile app and templates and so far it has proven very helpful. But at the moment I am a little short on time to learn about flow in more depth.
Any help would be appreciated a lot.
@Anonymous:
I am assuming that the Excel file is stored in a SharePoint Library. If so, the following Flow should work for you. I am assuming that the file is in a Folder and there are no other files in the folder.
Alternatively, you might consider simply creating a SharePoint alert for those who need to be notified. You won't get to have a custom email, but it is a very quick and bullet proof solution.
If this addresses your issue, please mark you post as solved.
If not, please explain further.
