Hi @Vinutha 

It's possible but tricky. You can have a Form with multiple types of parameters and then fetch each answer in Power Automate. But you always have to define each parameter so that you know that you're carrying parameter A that is a String, for example.

I am trying to Build a Custom Trigger Action like i mentioned above and its triggered Using Webhook URL so i want to sent additional infromation like webhook description and attchements to the server
