I would want to archive the data in 2 share point lists to a single share point lists. Is that possible?

I have 2 share point lists.

I would want to archive the data in both the share point lists (there is a common field between both the SP lists) to a single SP list.

Is this possible ?

Or should I archive the data separately into different SP lists?

Any other solution is highly appreciated.

Thanks,

Geetha

Hi @GeethaSandra ,

Do you want to merge the data in the two lists based on a common field(unique identifier column)?

If your three list structure looks like this, I have made a simple test for your reference.

Here is my Flow.

InternalColumnName eq 'Dynamic Content'

Hi @GeethaSandra ,

Sorry for the late reply.

Thanks for your detailed reply.

It seems that you have 3 Apply to each Action in your flow instead of 2.

I guess you are referencing the Unique Identifier column directly in the 'Get Items from LC responses' Action, maybe you could try to use the expression in Filter Query.

items('Apply_to_each')?['InternalColumnName']

Hi @v-yujincui-msft , Thanks for the detailed explanation. I have been working on your idea while tweaking it a little and below is the result -

GeethaSandra_0-1661187233847.png

My flow description is -

1. get items from LC tracker

2. filter all non-null dates

3. filter the resulting data based on 2 conditions -

a. current date + 180 >= date in LC tracker

b. title = Settled

4. for those filtered records in LC tracker, get matching data from LC response where common field(unique identifier column) between both the SharePoint matches.

5. Now, for that common field(unique identifier column), get all the data from LC tracker and LC response and create a new record in LC archive.

But it is taking around 10+ mins and the flow is not getting terminated while at the same time record is not created in LC archive.

Could you please let me know where I can fix my flow?

Thanks,

Geetha
