If Error send Email?

I cant seem to find the flow or configure a flow to  send an email if saving an attachment to sharepoint fails.

Has anyone done this and any direction to where to look would be great.

Thanks in advance

William

Hi @Slow_I_Am,

Could you please share a screenshot of your flow's configuration?
Do you add a "Add attachment" action of SharePoint connector within your flow?

I assume that you add a "Add attachment" action of SharePoint connector within your flow and want to send an email notification when the "Add attachment" action fails. I have made a test on my side and please take a try with the following workaround:

  • Add a "When an item is created" trigger.
  • Add a "Get file content" action.
  • Add a "Add attachment" action, specify File Name and File Content.
  • Add a "Send an email" action, click "Menu" option of the action and then click "Configure run after" option:7.JPG

Within the opening "Send an email" should run after box, select "has failed" option:8.JPG

     Then click "Done" button.
