Inconsistent results - Get Items - Person Field - Email address

Hi,

Have an issue with a fairly basic flow.

We are making a Get List Items call to a SharePoint list called Event Subscribers. This list contains a Person field called Subscriber (this is a single selection Person field - so apparently supported by Flow)

Most of the time, this call works fine, and returns the Person expanded fields (such as email address). However it doesn't always!

As you can see in the below scenarios, a lookup on the 19th of May returns different expanded user information than on the 23rd of May (the list item hasn't changed).

Any ideas? Seems like a pretty big bug.

Hi @GavinHaak,

I cannot reproduce your issue. Would you please create a new flow with another list to test? I guess this might be related to the specific list in your site.

Mona

Re: Inconsistent results - Get Items - Person Field - Email address

Hello,

I'm having same kind of issue, I got a field called Requestor, Manager. Both are People field type,I want to pass Department in next level. At design time I can see Requestor.Department and Manager.Department. But in output it showing null. I'm using SP 2013 O Gateway. Results showing flow executed successfully.

Any help on this is really appreciated...

Output -
