Intermittent Bad Request on saving file to File System

Hi All

We have created a flow that checks for receipt of emails in a shared mailbox, and saves the attachment to a on prem file system.  The emails are sent from multiple parties,  and it all works properly except for one party who sends 3 automated emails one after the other.  The time stamps on the emails are only 1 second apart.

2 of the 3 received are processed correctly however one of them fails on the Save to File System Step with the Bad Request Error.  The JSON output of the step looks like this:
"statusCode": 400,
"headers": {
"Pragma": "no-cache",
"x-ms-request-id": "c55982e6-b190-43ef-82d5-619f315f1059",
"Strict-Transport-Security": "max-age=31536000; includeSubDomains",
"X-Content-Type-Options": "nosniff",
"X-Frame-Options": "DENY",
"Cache-Control": "no-store, no-cache",
"Set-Cookie": "ARRAffinity=461c83c8458ef428da70b3a2826d70d53b9123d5d90eb4af73e3c6d0ebb53eb9;Path=/;HttpOnly;Secure;,ARRAffinitySameSite=461c83c8458ef428da70b3a2826d70d53b9123d5d90eb4af73e3c6d0ebb53eb9;Path=/;HttpOnly;SameSite=None;Secure;",
"Timing-Allow-Origin": "*",
"x-ms-apihub-cached-response": "true",
"Date": "Wed, 10 Feb 2021 12:43:39 GMT",
"Content-Length": "601",
"Content-Type": "application/json",
"Expires": "-1"
"body": {
"status": 400,
"message": "The requested action could not be completed. Check your request parameters to make sure the path <our path> exists on your file system.\r\nclientRequestId: c5598.....",
"error": {
"message": "The requested action could not be completed. Check your request parameters to make sure the path <Our Path> exists on your file system."
"source": ""

The path is most definitely there and works for all other emails received.  If you forward the same email back to the inbox, the Flow correctly processes the save.  It is like there is a resource locking on the file system connection or something like that.

Does anyone have any ideas how I can fix this.
