Intermittent Bad Request on saving file to File System

Hi All

 

We have created a flow that checks for receipt of emails in a shared mailbox, and saves the attachment to a on prem file system.  The emails are sent from multiple parties,  and it all works properly except for one party who sends 3 automated emails one after the other.  The time stamps on the emails are only 1 second apart.

 

2 of the 3 received are processed correctly however one of them fails on the Save to File System Step with the Bad Request Error.  The JSON output of the step looks like this:

The path is most definitely there and works for all other emails received.  If you forward the same email back to the inbox, the Flow correctly processes the save.  It is like there is a resource locking on the file system connection or something like that.

 

Does anyone have any ideas how I can fix this.

Hello 

Are you able to save attachment  in sharepoint online to confirm logic is correct 

 

can you check gateway logs for any network error 

 

Can you confirm user who is created connection for file system has right permission on shared folder you saving attachment to
