'InvalidApprovalRequestor' Error in approval workflow

Hello,

I have a problem with approval flow : i have two approval with sames user, the first works, not the second.

Error is : "BadRequest. La demande a échoué. Code d'erreur : « InvalidApprovalRequestor ». Message d'erreur : « Le demandeur de l’approbation doit être un compte d’utilisateur unique et valide au sein de votre organisation. »"

Hi @Anonymous,

The error message says that “the requestor of the approval must be a unique and valid user account within your organization”.

I assume that you have specified the Requestor field with certain email addresses.

Please just make sure that the email addresses you are using are valid and within your organization.

I have made the following test which is working properly. Please check it for a reference.
