Is Flow going to be able to handle my requirements?

I have used Flow for a midly complex approval workflow in the past, however, I now have need of a much more complex workflow and I'm wondering if Flow will be appropriate for my needs.

There are a couple of situations where something needs to be approved by one person but there are multiple people who can approve. The approval would be sent to each person but it would cancel the approval for the others once one of them approves.

Is this possible using Flow?

Hi @Anonymous,

You are able to handle your requirements using microsoft flow currently.

I have made a test on my side, you could refer to screenshot below to create the flow:

Please make sure you have choose the "Anyone from the assigned list" in the Approval type field of "Start an approval" action.

Best regards,

Alice
