Sorry @Jcook , I already use the v2 & the <> is on, when I create.
As long as the flow is open, it remains as HTML, but the moment I leave it & come back into the email step of the flow ... maybe change "email to" it reverts to text mixed with html-like prose.

I have got around it by storing the html in "Compose" another step & using the output to keep my html in tact.

Hope this helps

Hello @smathanagopalan

This issue is happening because you have the Experimental Features enable.

Hello @smathanagopalan

The new send an emailv2 forces HTML. In the body of the email action there is a button that looks like <> click thy to switch to HTML

keeps reverting back to plain text everytime I open the flow? how can you keep it on permenantly?
I am finding that I my some of my HTML is lost when this happens

The same for me. Most HTML tags are missed after flow is saved.

I also use emailv2 and most of HTML tags are missed every time I reopen the flow. Actually, very basic tags are preserved, like '<p>', '<strong>' and '<br>'. But all tags related to more advanced look and feel, like tables and colors are missed. All CSS tags are missed. Any idea how to work with this features ?
