Is it possible to alternate which person gets an email notification?

So I'm kind new to flow but i managed to create a forms to prioritize a few tasks and a flow to send emails to certain adressess based on answers but the problem is:

I need it to alternate who gets emailed like this:

If question a is chosen it is going to email user 1, if question a is chosen once again email goes to person 2, if question a is chosen again it goes back to person 1 and so on (alternates between 2 emails).

Same goes for other questions

Is microsoft flow capable of doing this?

I would create a SharePoint list with one row of data. When you need to send the email, check the list and grab the email address. Then update the list to reflect the other email.

Hello, thank you for replying.

How do I do that? I'm not familiar with sharepoint, could u show me a simple example? Is that the only possible way?

Do you know where your Form is storing the data. Usually, I get my forms to store data to an Excel sheet online (OneDrive or Sharepoint).

You can then use the Flow to open the Excel file, "Get Rows", find the last entry and do a "Condition" check to see if the last person is "X". If yes, then send email to "Y", if not, send email to "X".

Hope I've explained it well enough for you.
