I have a MS Team with a few users that are rarely in the Teams app. As a result they do not see messages directed at them. Is it possible to automate emails to these users when a new message is added to the channel or when they are @'d?
Two options availble to you as automated triggers:
And from that trigger you can send an email. Note for the latter, the powerautomate would need to run under the individuals account. Whereas the former can run under the accoutn of someone who has access to the team/channel and send an email to a group of people.
