Is it possible to convert a PDF file to PDF/A file using flow or powerapps

Please suggest an idea for converting pdf to PDF/A -Archived.

Currently, we could use Flow to convert file to PDF, please check the following doc for a reference:


But I am afraid that it might be not possible to convert a PDF file to PDF/A file. If you need this feature, please submit this idea on the Flow Ideas Forum so it might be considered in the future releases:
