Is it possible to list which approvals are pending for a particular person?

In SharePoint Designer workflows, each instance creates an entry in a Tasks list.

Is there a similar concept in Flow so that one can check which approvals are pending for a particular person or group of people without checking each individual entry in Run History?

Unfortunately,  there is no "out of the box" support for seeing what approvals are currently outstanding and who the approver(s) is.

I know there have been a lot of requests for this type of functionality. Hopefully this is something the Flow team is taking a look at.

We could check all received requests and sent requests from flow approvals center currently.

However the function to check which approvals are pending for a particular person or group of people without checking each individual entry in Run History is not supported in microsoft flow currently.

I afraid that there is no any way to achieve your needs with microsoft flow.

Hi @fredyano

Might be a workaround for your problem. By any chance, your flow starts from a sharepoint list? If yes, you can export it in excel and filter by approvals yes/no, by person, who approved/when, who didnt approve yet etc

I'll likely use @Dorul's suggestion to track responses since the workflow is initiated from a file uploaded in a SharePoint library.

Although, I still have to convert my Document Set into a regular folder. 😞
