Is it possible to trigger a flow when an approval action takes place?

As we all know, flows expire after 30 days, so pending approvals get lost in the dust.

To deal wit this issue, I would like to trigger an approval request with one flow and have another flow start when the approval is either approved or rejected.

Is this possible?

Hi @Xv ,

You can use a SharePoint list to store the ststus of approvals.  When a task is approved, it will update the status in the list which in turn will trigger another flow using the item modified trigger.

Yes I understand that - I want to use only a Create an Approval card, not a Create and Wait card, because the approvals can sometimes take over 30 days and by then the flow has expired.
