Is there any way to exceed the 8 level rule when creating a workflow? 

I've built an extensive approval workflow that exceeds the 8 levels. I have a basic plan but was wondering if I can surpass that 8 level if I purchase or upgrade my plan. What are my options? Also, how can I go about requesting one-on-one personal help with power automate?

There is no way, even with a premium license to exceed the nesting limit.  That said, you can usually redesign your Flow to work around this issue.  Here is a link to a post that discusses this issue.

Regarding one on one help - that type of thing is almost always a paid service and this forum can't be used to offer services of that type.
