Per my understanding, the flows executed 28 days ago will be removed from the Flow History.
Is it possible to download the history to a local file, before it gets removed?
Since it is quite important for debugging and other investigation purposes in the future.

You can download a csv file of your flow run history, from the run history screen. Looks like this is a manual task, not sure if you can automate it - others may be able to help here. This has been previously logged as an idea:
