Is there a way to trigger a flow using C# without using an http trigger?

Hello. I was able to get an azure bot to trigger a flow using an http request, but now realizing that we can't use premium connectors on what we're working on. Is it possible to trigger a flow differently in C#? I was thinking of triggering the Flow by adding a record to a sharepoint list but the code isn't possible since we're using .NET Core. Is there another way to trigger the flow in C#?

I was wondering if we can access the dataverse in C# and then add a record in there to trigger the flow, is that possible?

Thank you.
