Hi guys,
One of our users is having a issue with the Office365 Outlook connector. For some reason, it will occasionally say that "One of the flows is in a disconnected state", then if you click to fix it, it will ask the user to sign in. If the user signs into their Office365 email account it results in a error:aadsts90094 error that says a office365 admin is required for approval.
Do you guys know if their is any specific setting in the Office365 admin portal that I need to change so the user can use the Outlook office365 connector without a admin approval?

Can you Please show or Describe us the Process of the Microsoft Flow so we can suggest you proper solution. and one more question have you created the Flow mannually? or the user which having the Problem is try to create a Flow with the Template? or he/she creates the Flow Mannually?

Could you please share more error messages and details?
It seems that you may need to set in Azure AD Admin Portal. Error code is displayed as "aadsts90094".
You could consult with the relevant administrator of Azure AD and give permission to the user.
