Issue with workflow execution

I have a workflow that includes the HTTP connector that can be executed correctly by a user. If a add a new run only user with exactly the same per-user plan (and AD profile), when this second user tries to run that workflow the following error is displayed:

<user> does not have a service plan adequate for the non-Standard connection

If I create a copy from scratch of the workflow and add the second user as a run only user, then it can execute correctly this new workflow. But if this second user tries to execute the original workflow (which is a copy), then the error is displayed again.

Why the same user has different run permissions of exactly the same workflow?

Thank you.
