Issues with Power Automate Management connectors

Hi,

 

has anyone had issues with any of the Power Automate Management connectors in the past 24-36hrs?

 

1) I have a Flow to list all connectors, runs on a schedule at 3am daily. I tried a few manual tests of this Flow yesterday, sometimes it would work and sometimes fail, so it’s not consistent. The scheduled run earlier today failed for the same reason

2) same for another flow, and the Get Flow as Admin action. We have a couple Flows in our tenant that don’t have any connectors (identified as part of our daily scans to clean the environment), there has been zero issues with retrieving these via the Flow action, but again in the last 24-36hrs have experienced issues because the embedded Connector object is Null. Yes, could do a workaround but more interested to ascertain why it’s been working fine for weeks but now isn’t

Hi @CraigWhiteKCL 

 

The second one fails because the "Connection Name" should have a value and is empty. You can check this in the history by checking the output for the "List Flows as Admin" action. Before the "Get Flow as Admin" action, I would validate if the connection has a value or not so that the Flow doesn't break.

 

Regarding the first, it's a little bit stranger because you're always expecting a valid JSON. Does this issue remain? It could be something temporary. Can you please share the JSON offuscating anything sensitive to your organization?

@manuelstgomes : I have the same problem and I know at least one other user. 

There must be some problem with the ListApis (ListConnectors) Action.

 

My flow was running for months, now I get error messages:

I’m getting the same outputs as @max81 . The List Connectors action has consistently failed for over a week now

I tend to agree with @max81 .. It's a strange issue, and taking so much time is not normal behavior.

 

I will ping Microsoft's support to see if there's an issue.

We are experiencing the same issue with a flow that uses the "List Connectors" connector.

Failures started on the 27th Jan 2021.

I'll keep my early remark that it's not an issue with the Flow, but something's wrong in Power Automate.

I had a response from Microsoft here: Solved: Re: List Connectors failure -  "The response is no... - Power Platform Community (microsoft....

 

I made these changes before my flow ran this morning but it did fail yesterday at 08:30 (UK).

May not changed flow runs successfully 4 hours ago.

@max81 hopefully Microsoft have fixed the issue with the Action.

Unfortunately, this stuff happens once in a while.
