Item Level Permissions and Power Automate action Grant Access to an item

Dear all,

I set the Item Level Permissions as "Read items that were created by the user" and subsequently set a flow to grant access to an item to Person A.

However, Person A is unable to view the item created by someone else. Not sure what went wrong.. Anyone?

@SK_Tan

Using the item level permissions feature is incompatible with manually breaking inheritance and setting permissions or sharing documents or items.  Sorry...
