Item Level Permissions

Is it possible to change permissions for items in a SharePoint list using flow? I have seen the posts ussing HTTPS requests but I thought I saw a post/tweet recently which explained that there was a flow step (out of the box) which allowed to set permissions.

Is this true?

There is no Flow action available that will change permissions on a SharePoint item.  Your only choice is to use the Send an HTTP request to SharePoint action.

While the functionality is somewhat limited, take a look at the following SharePoint actions:

Grant access to a file or folder

Remove access to a file or folder
