We've got a content lifecycle management workflow that requires timed escalations to actors in the process and 1-up. Our question is if we have a series of people who are assigned as approvers - do we have the ability to localize escalations and reminders to the actors who haven't completed the task? Versus broadcasting to all of the actors and their 1-ups? Thanks
Hi @AndrewGeddes,
Where are these approval emails store in?
If they store in the SharePoint list, you can create a column name "Response", you can use Get items to get all get approval email address, then create a Apply to each action to send the approval, on each branch create an update item action to update item set the "Response" column as "Yes".
Then create a branch beside on Apply to each, Get items, create condition to determine the "Response" whether is equal to "Yes", If not, send reminder email.
