Licencing

I'm trying to setup a client to be able to scan documents from a Printer/Scanner/Copier to SharePoint Online Document Library and I found a Power Automate Template :

Save my email attachments to a SharePoint document library

I've created a shared mailbox to send the attachment to but very confused on the Power Automate licensing.  The user accounts have Office 365 Business Standard but the Shared Mailbox is unlicensed.  It looks like the Business Standard includes Power Automate for Office 365 but I can't find what that entails and if I can use the template properly.  Can I create the Flow under a user account that has the Business Standard account, it has three connectors for SharePoint, Office 365 Users, Office 365 Outlook.  Would I use the account for the Shared Mailbox for the Office 365 Outlook connection, and use a account that has access to the other two connections?  Do the other accounts need to be licensed if being used for connections if not using the account to create the flow?

I initially created the flow under the Shared Mailbox account but didn't realize Flow was a paid license for use and I created it under a trial account.
