Linking to a Excel Spreadsheet to filter and delete junk email

I'm wanting to create a flow and link it to a Excel spreadsheet to filter and delete junk emails I get by using the "names" under the from row in my inbox. I'm just now sure of a few things and hope someone can help me. The first thing is I'm not sure what to have it use to set up the filter..I think I would need to use From but I'm not 100% sure. Let me give an example so you can understand what I'm asking...Let's say I open my inbox and I have a email that under from it shows the words Luxury Card and I'm sure some random looking email address that it came from (i don't open the emails to see).with i'm assuming Luxury Card would be considered the sender's name (i don't open the emails to see). I want to have Luxury Card in the excel spreadsheet as one of the From addresses so that it would automatically delete it but i'm not sure it would so it because the email wouldn't be the filter. My next question is would I enter the data a certain way in the spreadsheet...i mean would i put the words in A1, A2, A3, etc....or could i put the words in a1, a2, b1, b2,c1,c2, c3, or could i just say to filter anything from a1 to eq44 (using random cell number) and slowly add to the spreadsheet as i get the emails.
