Hi guys!

Im triyng to do something crazy, I have this sharepoint list:

What I need to do is creating a flow to run once a day to check:

if the status is "Pendent" on Status Columm

and if overpass 24hrs since the creation date to send a Comunication by e-mail.....

So far so good, I did, the real chalenge is, how to group all the results from this routine in one e-mail?

Today I have an "alert" on Sharepoint, but the system sends to me all the records indiviualy..........

Cheers guys!

First, I believe the issue with your filter query is that you did not include the single quotes around the output of the Compose action as I had in my screen shot.

Also, if you want one email, do not loop through all of the items.  Just create an HTML table and include it in the single email.  See my example below.

@demarchiori1

I assume that you are using a recurrence trigger followed by a SharePoint Get items action with a filter query.

If you are using a condition rather than a filter query, you need to make a change.

If so, all you need to do is to use a Create HTML table action and include the table in your email.

If you need an example, please let me know.

A: No, I was using a Get Items with a condition, do you have a better way?

I was triyng to use a filter Query, but, since the columm elapsed_time (h) is a calculated columm he returns me an error.

Could you please provide me an end-to-end example?

Including the filter query

Cheers mate!

@demarchiori1

Can you tell me if your Elapsed Time column is a calculated column?  If so, you can't rely on that as it will not be updated until the record has been updated.  The Flow can calculated the elapsed time.

@ScottShearer

As I said, my elapsed time columm is a calculated columm on sharepoint, so that´s why wasn´t work, could you help me to do that on Flow?

I´m terrible to treat this kind of data on Flow (data, time and formats)

Also give me an idea on how to put all toghether on a HTML table

Cheers!

Hi @ScottShearer any clue?

@demarchiori1

See my example below and let me know if you have any questions.  Substitute a recurrence trigger for my button.

Hi @ScottShearer something goes wrong, think is date format, but I've checked all and seems fine!

When I take it off the data from the OData filter:

And also couldn't organize all in one email, still sends me one e-mail for each record but in the body with all records together.

Following the HTML table configuration:
