Re: List tasks Planner

Hi @Haufe ,

Could you provide more details about your needs?

I am not sure if the workspace you mentioned refers to Bucket or Plan.

If it is a plan, you could judge it by the following method.

  • Use When a task is completed as the trigger, if there is a task completed, trigger Flow.
  • Determines whether the currently completed task's Completed By Display Name is the specified one. If yes, the following action is executed.
  • Configure List my tasks action to get the tasks, and use Filter array to filter the eligible tasks. The conditions are as follows:
  1.     Whether the Plan id is the id of the specified plan.
  2.     Whether the task is completed.

Expression reference:

@and(not(equals(item()?['percentComplete'], 100)),equals(item()?['planId'], 'XSHjXlIuAUaGU5AjuTUy7MkAH447'))

PlanId can be obtained by the following method:

  • Use length() function to determine the length of the filtered array. If it is 0, it means that your all tasks have been completed in the current Plan.

In addition, I don't know if you want to update the specified task or not. Basically, update Progress using Update a task action.

Re: List tasks Planner

Hi v-bacao-msft,

Thank you so much for your asnwer, it worked. Is there any way where i can finish a task of another plan without use the ID of the task.

Example:

I finish my all tasks of Plan A, then the flow finish my task of my Plan B with the name that i choice not with the id of the task.

Best regards,

Re: List tasks Planner

Hi @Haufe ,

Currently, task must be updated by the Task id, which is the unique id of the task.

Generally, we select the corresponding task name through the drop-down list and then update the specified task. In fact, this process is to specify the Task id, the task name may be the same, but the task id is unique.

In addition, you could also send an email notification containing the url of the specified planner task plan, and then you could filter the specified task directly in Planner Task portal and finish the task.

Re: List tasks Planner

Hi

Can I use similar logic for Bucket?

I am trying to figure out if all tasks under a specific bucket are complete?  If so, send an email.

I have the bucket id.

Please suggest.

Thanks

Vandana
