Losing Table Name for List Rows

FLOW#1

1) Grab Excel attachment from Outlook

2) Replace old file in SP folder with current file (same file name, same Table name, same column names, different row data)

FLOW#2

the error being,

I have another Flow sequence that does exactly the same thing as above and it works perfect every time. What could be the difference? The only difference known to me is, for the Flow that works, the Excel file attachment arrives in Outlook as an auto-generated report from business system. For the Flow that fails, I attach file (from OneDrive desktop) to email that is sent to functional mailbox in Outlook (same mailbox for both Flows).

Comparing the raw inputs for List Rows Present in Table:

The Flow that works, regardless of source file being updated (i.e. recreated) the GUID for the table remains the same

However for the Flow that continues failing the table GUID changes every time source file updates (recreated)
