MS Flow Email body formatting

All,

I have MS Flow implemented for Risk approval process. At the final approval step i send a summary email with all approval status. In Email body i have multiple lines like below. See below sample. However when i get email, it shows everything in single line as below.

DMG (Core Systems) - PM Name - Approve
DMG (OSS Head) - PM Name - Reject
DMG (BSS Head) - PM Name - Reject
DMG (Delivery Head) - PM Name - Reject
DMG (Front End) - PM Name - Approve
Can anyone suggest what is solution to get above output on new line for every Row?

Ensure that you look under Advance options!

Locate the Is HTML field and ensure you have Yes in it!

Then try again 🙂

Kind regards, John

Hey @mbhushan

Is the option IsHTML set to Yes?

Is this the normal Outlook Send an email action?

Kind regards

Tom
