Hey guys,
actually i create lists with powershell and the PnP Template everything is fine but now i need to add a Workflow to the new created list (No Workflow 2013! MS Flow!). So with WF13 you can add it in the PnP Provisioning Template. Is there a way to do this with MS Flow? Or can I add the Flow after creating the list to it? Or is there another way?
Thanks for helping
Daniel
Solved! Go to Solution.
Provisioning Microsoft Flow or form Apps with SharePoint templates should be not available, based on what I know.
If this is what you would like to achieve, then please consider submit it as an idea:

The Approval Flow need to be added from the begining once the new list has been created, through the Microsoft Flow Portal, there is no way that I am aware of to make this process automatically.

Michael
Hi!
You can do PnP provisioning in Microsoft with the help of custom connector "Plumsail SP". It is a part of Plumsail Actions product.
You can find more information in this article. This will allow you to create lists, libraries, content types, Modern pages, etc.
Note, this is a paid solution.
Are you talking about the following scenario?
Calling the PnP provisioning engine from a site script
"but now i need to add a Workflow to the new created list (No Workflow 2013! MS Flow!). So with WF13 you can add it in the PnP Provisioning Template."
It would be much appreciated if you could share more details about the scenario you mentioned above, specially for the WorkFlow in Bold.

Hey and thanks for your answear.
My scenario is: I have a request list. On this list there is a Flow which create for the request a new list with the PnP Provisioning template. Now this new list need a approval workflow. So I need a way that i can provision my approval flow with this list or add the approval after creating the list to it with maybe powershell.
So i need a automatic way to add a existing MS Flow to a new list like you can add a Workflow 2013 in the PnP Provisoning template.
I hope it is now more clear what i want to do.
