MS Flow from OneDrive to SQL Server, add file created date

Good Day,

I have created a MS FLow that watches an OneDrive for Business folder and adds the JSON files to a SQL Server database.  I started by using the template available from MS which uses Date=utcNow().

Under Dynamic Content  there are options for File Content, File Content Type, File Entity Tag, File Identifier, File Name and File Path however nothing seems to show the datetime the file itself was created.

Is there a workaround I can use?

Hi @ Dgc,

Could you please share a screenshot of the configuration of your flow?

What is the trigger in your flow? Is it "When a file is created" ?

Do you want to get the file's create time when a file is created?

If you want to get the file's create time when a file is created, you could add an action "Get file metadate" ,and the choose the "Last modified time" dynamic content of the action "Get file metadate".

Please refer to screenshot below to create the flow:

Please let me know if your issue could be solved.

Alice Zhang

Hi Alice,

I'd like to get the date/time the file was created not the 'Last Modified Time' is that possible?
