Currently one of the limitations of being in the GCC is not being able to trigger Flows or PowerApps from a SharePoint List. I have attached an image of this being available in a commercial tenant to explain what I am talking about. But this functionality is still not available in GCC. Can anyone tell me when this is going to be available?
I want to be able to use the flow (set a reminder) feature on a list item based on a start or end date. This way I can get notified a certain number of days before a certain date in time. Thought is to use this feature for a list that contains information on our service contracts with vendors so we know when they are coming up for renewal. From what I can see, you can only use the Flow (set a reminder) feature from the SharePoint list itself but can't set it up through the Flow console.
Hi @zrobertson ,
You can save this flow as a copy directly, and then modify the configuration inside, so you can apply a similar Flow as a template to other lists.
Modify Days to remind me in and replace the List with the expected list.
If the field name is not Due Date, replace DueDate in Filter Query with the expected field name.
Best Regards,
Does anyone know when the embed in SharePoint Online feature will be available in the GCC? We were told by end of Q2 - June 30, 2019. Every GCC customer is aware that standalone PowerApps and Flow are available in the GCC and how to use them. When will embed in SharePoint be available in the GCC?
