MS Forms Filtering

I have a flow set up to collect MS-Forms responces (7 questions) and add a row into a table in excel located on Sharepoint working fine.

What i would like to do is separate the data collected into different excel tables on different excel files.

For example if question 1 has 2 answers i would like flow to place the data in one excel file if the 1st answer is selected and the data to be placed on a different exel file if the 2nd answer is selected, (screen grab of working flow)

.add row to table.jpg

Re: MS Forms Filtering

Hi @JorgeFarias ,

Could you please share more details about the question 1 that you mentioned? Is it a Choice question don't allow Multiple answers?

If the question 1 is a Choice question don't allow Multiple answers, please refer to screenshot below to create the flow:

Re: MS Forms Filtering

Fantastic, solution worked flawlesly i can now send the data to different locations based on the answers selected.

The Condition --> Control. Option allowed me to make my filter point at any part of the survey. On a 7 question survey question 3 is the branching point that determines if the data will go to one location or another, this solution worked perfectly.
