MS Forms / Power Automate / Flow

I have a simple form, that has 3 questions, Name, Date and Issue.   I then create a SharePoint List item.  Now I want to send an email when the form is filled out and the list is created only when the name on the form and the submitter are the same.  Sometimes, we will fill out request for others, but we don't want an email sent, only when the client fills out the form.  I have put in a condition to when display name is equal to name, I have tried created by email and name the same and nothing seems to work.   As soon as I pull the condition, I receive the email.  We only want emails that are filled out by individuals and not our team.  Is this even possible?

Hello @pal03

Could you add a 'Compose' action, and put the 'Display Name Dynamic Content' and the 'Email Dynamic Content'. Than run the Flow.

This will give us visibility on what the values are.
