MS flow to save attachments along with email and send further
I hope you can help. I need a flow to save attachments from email in the folder along with email itself and then after another tool modifies one of the excel attachments add all attachments along with email to new email and send to specified email address. Can this be done? How?
2 -trigger the tool to modify the document - not clear what you are using but lets assume your tool can use Flow to;
- be triggered to act when a new item arrives in the document library from flow number 1
- update a column in the library when its done making its changes
3 - a new flow that is triggered on the change event for the document library where you save the file, check the updated column to see if step 2 has been completed, if so create new email containing all associated items (and update the record to say complete so it wont run the flow again)
