Making a flow-powered "chat bot"

Hi all. I've been looking into adding some automation to a support-channel on my workplace Teams. I'd like to build something that can do the following:

  • Read all new messages posted in a certain channel, and search for key words/phrases
  • Reply to the message with a followup question, and multiple-choice options in some cases
  • Listen for a reply to the reply and follow a chat-bot-like flow depending on the answer

I have built something like this with Virtual Agents, which works more or less as intended, but I'd like a solution that is more integrated into the existing channel (can be triggered by new messages in the channel).

Any help would be very much appreciated!
