Merging two single sheet Excel Files into a single Excel file with two sheets using Power Automate and Office Scripts.

Good morning,

I'm looking for some assistance please. In my OneDrive for Business, I have a single sheet Excel file that has a named table containing cost centre information.

Each month, I receive a single sheet Excel file as an email attachment that has billing information in it. Power Automate already takes this attachment and saves it in a specified folder in my OneDrive for Business.

My ultimate aim is to use Office Scripts online to format the data to my needs, but I can't use VLOOKUP to extract data from an external sheet without manually enabling the external data connections.

What I would like to do, using Power Automate, is take the table from my cost centre sheet and re-create it on a separate sheet in the attachment so that my attachment now has two sheets (with the cost centre information being on sheet 2)

To my mind, the steps of this would be:-

Step 1) Power Automate saves attachment then calls Office Script that creates sheet 2 and makes a table

Step 2) Power Automate reads contents of table from Cost Centre workbook and copies that into table in the saved attachment then calls Office Script to manipulate the data.

My problem is that I have no experience of copying data from and to tables within Excel using Power Automate.

Thank you.
