Microsoft Flow Issues

1. MS Flow App - link to item in Approvals always opens in browser/SharePoint App but not in PowerApp. Since we are using PowerApp with flow it becomes difficult to manage.

2. MS Flow app - In Approvals what ever description content we add in Flow in start a approval action it comes in  single line but appear fine in Outlook/Web.

Any way to overcome these points ??

Hi manjotsingh057,

About #1, i assume that you are using the action "Start an approval" and you select "Link to item" for the "Item link" field. And you are trying to open the item by clicking the link on Flow Mobile App.

It is default that when clicking the item link we will be directed to Browser/SharePoint App to open the item.

I am afraid that open the item link in PowerApps is not possible.

About #2,it has been reprodcued and reported on my side. There will be some updates on it but I don't have a timeline. I will keep an eye on it and back to you once I got any updates.

Best regards,
