Microsoft Flow - Parsing latest reply only

Having trouble selecting the latest reponse from an email being sent from a NOC. Every new update will be made on the same email chain. I need to make certain actions based on the latest reply, but my parse condition is gathering information based on the previous email within the same message chain. Is there a way to only have the parse trigger to the latest/top request and stop processing all together after first trigger?

Thank you so much

Re: Microsoft Flow - Parsing latest reply only

Hi @joshjung,

Could you please share a screenshot of your flow’s configuration?

Further, could you please share a bit more about your scenario?

If you could provide more details about your scenario, we could provide a workaround for you.

Best regards,

Re: Microsoft Flow - Parsing latest reply only

SOC sends email with messages.

Need to parse out said messages and resend information to customers.

Flow diagram:

Email recieved > CONDITION (search for trigger words [attack update or Inital response]) > ACTION (parses information on body with substring) > Send email to different set of email addresses

The substring parse picks up old messages that are still in the email chain. I need Flow to parse out only new email updates whenever a reply is sent. Since there is an email chain with different response, Flow still looks through all the email. I need Flow to only look at top response and not the full message chain.
