Microsoft Form Response -- > Condition based on Title

Hello, 

Hope someone can help me with this. 

I successfully created the below flow 

When a response is submitted via MS Forms it will automatically trigger an approval flow to the submitter's manager. 

Is it possible to add a condition where if the submitter is a MANAGER no approval is required?

Can someone kindly provide some instructions?

The way you have it configured, the Flow WILL continue after the email - see my example below.

Alternatively, you can use a Control Terminate action - make sure you set it to Success.

I realized I did the opposite of your instructions when setting up the conditions. 

I changed everything based on what you provided and the flow did not work.

The responder's title is Consultant, Category Manager but an approval flow was triggered.

Take a look at the output from Get User Profile.  It is possible that, in your organization, the text you are looking to match is not in Job Title - it might be in another column.

I checked it and it is pulled from Job Title ;
