Microsoft Forms: Use Responses from Prior Questions as Response Options

I am trying to build a MS Forms Survey, with say 5 questions. The respondents will be able to select two responses from each of the first four questions. I then want to capture and use these responses from each respondent as options for the last question. I know that I can capture the responses, but how do I use the responses from the first four questions for the fifth question?

Hi @kimberleyh

You cannot create a Microsoft form dynamically, but if this is an internal form, you could consider using adaptive cards to ask your final question.   Trigger on response for the first 4, compile your question and then use an adaptive card to ask your next question in Teams.
