Microsoft Forms to SharePoint List flow

I have setup a flow using the template in Flow and had success recording Microsoft Form inputs for a week. Then all of a sudden i'm getting the error 'ActionFailed. An action failed. No dependent actions succeeded'.

I've rebuilt the flow again and it still doesn't work. 

I'm getting a BadGateway error in the Get response details section.

Any advice would be appreciated.

Please try to reconfigure the connection of Get response details action.

Yesterday, MS Forms had a service failure, which may have an impact on related actions.

Please take a try and feel free let me know if issue still exists.
