Microsoft Teams Adaptive Cards - collect data from MS forms and post in teams - using charachters that are not allowed in JSON?

I just noticed that if i have a flow that triggers when a Microsoft Forms is submitted.

The flow post an adaptive card with the response from the form.

But if the user submitting the form in one of the questions have written something that contains forbidden charachters for JSON, then the whole Flow fails.

For example a text question and the user answers: My name is John "Steve" Smith

Then the flow would fail saying that there are forbidden characters in the JSON body. It points towards the " sign in the response from the form.

So my solution have been to write an if-statement that says if answer contains " then write out blank.

This works to print the adaptive card.

But i find it very strange that this cant be handled some other way?
