Microsoft Turning off flows

Hi,

Microsoft has recently turned of one of my flow. Can anyone please let me know what is the criteria for Microsoft to turn off the Power Automate after repeated failures?, when will it fail and if there is any configuration we can do from our end to adjust or update it. Thanks in advance.

I'm expecting an suggestion for why Microsoft has turned off the power automate. If anyone can provide me a document link or solution for the issue I faced will be a great help.

Hey @DivyaRhoda 

Are you using premium connectors, like HTTP action, in your Flow that has been turned off?

If so and you can't turn on your Flow anymore, you will have to buy a Power Automate Plan 1 or 2 to get it to work again.

Thanks for the reply.
But that does not seem to be the case here and I even got emails that due to frequent failures, it is being turned off.  I want to know what is the criteria for Microsoft to turn off the Power Automate after repeated failures? (like repeated failures for 30 time or 30 days).

What is the cause of the failure?

Can you share a screenshot of the error in your Flow, if there is one.

Thanks for the reply.

Due to certain business logic it is failing. which cant be shared here. But end users are asking on what criteria does Microsoft disable them? example after how many days and how many failed instances? will it not consider even if there is one successful instance?. Expecting an optimal solution. Thanks in advance.

If the flow doesn't return any failures it wont be turned off in the first place.

I don't know the criteria either for disabling the Flows. 

This has never happened before, unless other people did face the same problem before.

But it seems that there is a problem with the business logic somewhere in your Flow otherwise even if it passes one time, it should pass a second time if the business logic is 100% correct.

Otherwise you could make a ticket with Microsoft and provide them the problem you are facing.

Because not knowing your Flow fully it is hard to come up with a solution for this issue.

You could however blur out the critical parts and sent the screenshot(s) here.
