Microsoft approval mail only have the HTML format

Hi,

 

I have problem with the approval mail from Microsoft Flow. 

 

Most of the users have approve and reject button like below.

But some of them don't have the header information and button and they can't approve the request in the mail. They can only click into webpage to approve it. It's not really convenient for them.

 

Do you have any idea how we can configure in those users Flow or Outlook Desktop to display like the attached screen?

Here is the outlook version requirements for actionable messages

If user is an external user, then they would be redirected to the approval center to take action (this is by design)

All users are internal users. But some of them have no actionable message (as below.) I'm sure there should be somewhere to set it up to display the actionable message. But I didn't find it. 

 

Would you please help to let us know where we can configure to show the actionable message in the mail. this will help us a lot.

The users are all in the same domain. But some of them are not able to display the actionable message card in approval mail. 

 

Is that possible it's a domain group issue? Only the users in the same group with Flow owner can display the card correctly? 

 

Please kindly advise.

Hi @JackWu1123 ,

 

Whether the Outlook client version you are currently using supports actionable messages, if not, please update to the required version:

In addition, we can directly complete the approval request in the office 365 Outlook web app. The effect is shown there is the same as mentioned in your first reply.
