Hello All,
I have created a survey using Microsoft Forms, for employees to request support, this survey will send all the information to a Sharepoint list for better visibility, once this happens, it also sends an approval/rejection email to a specific team for the decision.
Once this team in charge of the decision hits the "approve" or "reject" button, an email is sent to the person who responded to the survey to notify them of the decision.
So far the flow is working correctly and sending the correct emails however when I try to send the email and show the name of the person who answered the survey, the flow shows my name and email, as if I answered the survey, can someone tell me what is going on?
The fields I am using are: "Createdby Display Name" & "Modifiedby Display Name" (Both show my name).

@fernandocope I believe you are using created by from the SharePoint list which is in your name as you are using your connection to move from the Microsoft form to SharePoint list so what you need to do is add a new column on your SharePoint list of type people and save the requester in it and then use it instead of created by.
Hope this makes sense to you!
