Monitor Connector status

Hello together,

is there are best practice for monitoring the used connectors in a company.

I would love to see if all my connectors are doing well.

At the moment I'm thinking of several flows. Each flow uses one connector.

If it runs successfully: create a entry in a database.

If NOT: create a entry in a databse.

Connector NameRun SuccessfulDate Time
SharePointyes2020-03-06 08:00 AM
SharePointyes2020-03-06 09:00 AM
SharePointno2020-03-06 10:00 AM
SharePointyes2020-03-06 11:00 AM
OneDrive for Businessyes2020-03-06 08:00 AM
.........

If there is a entry with No, Database triggers an email to me.

I also checked the Admin Portals for some information, but there I only see Flows that failed - not only specific connectors.

It would be a great help to get a alert (email) if one of my connectors stop working so I can fix the problem and maybe also inform all users who are using this connector in there PowerApps / flows.

Thanks and Greetings,

Max

Hi @max81

There is no direct method as such for that. But I would strongly recommend you check out the https://powerclarity.app/ that allows you track all the flows in you environments and view which of those failed at what point, edit the json etc.

Hope this Helps!

Thanks @yashag2255 , but we don't want to use a third-party-app.

Hey @max81

I see. There is no direct actual way from MS to track the connector/ service status as such so you might have to improvise on the setup that you already have and continue with the same. You can also monitor the failed flows from the analytics tab of the flows but again that is not real time.

Hope this Helps!
