Move a file with an unknown destination folder

Good morning all;

Well, in fact we know the destination folder. The question is that we can't write the path explicitly like:

/Projects/construction_test/06.Production/06.03.T_office

We want to move to a folder with a structure like:

/Projects/XXXXX/06.Production/06.02Production/YYYYY/ZZZZZ

The names: 'Projects', '06.Production' are common in all the cases. However, "XXXXX", "YYYYY" and "ZZZZZ" are different names according to the original path file.

For example:

/Projects/Construction_ABC/06.Production/06.02Production/06.02.01Relations/06.02.01.01Working

should go to:

/Projects/Construction_ABC/06.Production/06.02Production/06.02.01Relations/06.02.01.02Sent

/Projects/Construction_FGH/06.Production/06.02Production/06.02.03Certifications/06.02.01.01Working

should go to:

/Projects/Construction_FGH/06.Production/06.02Production/06.02.03Certifications/06.02.01.02Sent

Any idea? Any tip or idea will be welcome. Thx.

Hi @Anonymous ,

To move the file, you need to tell Flow where the file should go, you have two options
1) add the Logic in the Flow based on the requirement. You may need to update Flow whenever you have a new folder mapping
2) Manage the source/ destination mapping in SharePoint or Microsoft List and Let flow query this list based on source path and get the destination path
